Zameen.com seeks a Manager Facility to oversee day-to-day office operations across locations. You will manage vendors, telecom coordination, records, and the administrative function with ownership and accountability.

The role requires organizing, dependable leadershi​p, and a track record of keeping operations tight. Lahore-based position focusing on efficient facilities management and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Healthcare or facilities background a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day activities to maintain SOP accuracy and governance.
• Respond promptly to coworkers, superiors, and clients with cooperative communication.
• Understand and execute policies and procedures for special projects.
• Monitor site buildings and grounds to uphold standards.
• Manage utility bills, petty cash, and rental payments with timely settlements.
• Repair and maintain offices, furniture, and equipment.
• Issue SIMs and monitor telecom policies as per designation.
• Oversee SIM-related issues including calls, data packages, and credit limits.
• Generate monthly billing reports and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate MIS data (leavers, SIM issuance).
• Coordinate with HO on vehicle maintenance and related concerns.
• Manage pool car requests and vendor relationships.
• Negotiate with vendors and assess product/service quality.
• Supervise meetings and events held onsite or offsite.
• Ensure travel requests align with predefined timelines and policies.
• Analyze travel rates and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee security camera operations and related equipment.
• Ensure daily work progress on site.
