The ideal candidate has proven hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, reads technical manuals, and works well under pressure while maintaining safety and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment and facilities.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and other mechanical equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures or appliances.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
