Job summary

Mashreq NEO CORP is seeking a Trade Operations professional in Pakistan to manage the end-to-end export processing, sanction checks and SWIFT messaging in line with bank policies and ICC guidelines.

You will handle export LC payments, document handling, and input/authorize transactions, while ensuring adherence to SOPs, UCP/ISBP/ISP and proper revenue collection. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Trade Operations.
• Expert knowledge of Export LC payments, discounting, and risk participations.
• Expert understanding of accounting entries and UATs.
• Knowledge of amortization principles.
• Good communication, interpersonal and team skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents.
• Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents and related workflows.
• Authorize/input transactions into the system and prepare/authorize SWIFT messages.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Team Head.
• Share knowledge of issues with the team to improve customer service.
• Ensure no revenue leakage due to missed charges and no Nostro reconciliations outstanding.
