Mashreq Bank PSC is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end Supply Chain, Factoring and related loan processes in Pakistan. You will ensure on-time disbursement, accurate reconciliations and strict adherence to SOPs across multiple platforms.

The role requires 4–7 years in Supply Chain Factoring or Trade Finance operations, with hands-on experience in core banking systems and payment platforms. Strong coordination with stakeholders is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 4–7 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain Factoring, Corporate Credit & Trade Finance Operations.
• Experience with multiple systems UATs, BRD preparations, and meeting deadlines.
• Experience/Knowledge of handling multiple systems like CBS/Flex, ELCM, SWIFT, UAEFTS, EDMS, LLOYDs, FIRCO and SCF/IMX/Kastle.
• Ability to learn new banking systems quickly and identify gaps if any.
• Experience of handling complex reconciliations between banking systems to ensure no failures while connectivity.
• Good knowledge of trade documents and trade cycle.
• Good experience in reviewing credit proposals and agreements.
• Experience of performing EDD & Compliance screening on submitted requests and Trade documents.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end disbursement, settlement, amendments, reconciliation, testing and monitoring for Supply Chain, Factoring and related loan portfolio.
• Adhere to SOPs and process notes with relevant stake holders.
• Deliver portfolio end-to-end with SLA, TAT and accuracy (Zero Errors).
• Review credit proposals & agreements at time of sanctioning disbursement.
• Perform and review daily reconciliations and publish status to unit management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for exceptions and resolution till closure.
• Escalate delays to Manager if action items are delayed.
• Maintain knowledge of trade cycle and EDD/compliance screening.
• Handle UATs and BRD preparations.
• Ensure no errors while compliance with SWIFT/UAEFTS standards.
