Cargo Solution Services is seeking a dynamic Export Sales Lead to drive our international freight forwarding solutions. You will manage and motivate the export sales team, craft strategies, and pursue new freight business while maintaining key customer relationships.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience in freight/logistics, strong negotiation skills, and leadership capabilities. You will coordinate with operations and customer service teams to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 to 3 Years of Sales Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills.
• Good knowledge of Export Logistics & Freight Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the export sales team.
• Develop and implement export sales strategies.

• Prepare quotations and negotiator freight rates.
