Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across corporate, industrial, import/export, and logistics sectors.
• Generate leads, organize meetings, and convert prospects into recurring business.
• Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate terms to secure favorable contracts.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with billing/finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment recovery.
• Lead and motivate a team of 10 to achieve sales and operational targets.
