Role Description

The Experienced Mortgage Agent will manage end-to-end mortgage processes, including client consultations, application intake, document collection, and coordination with lenders. This full-time, on-site role in Rawalpindi involves assessing client eligibility, explaining mortgage products and terms, and advising on suitable lending options. The agent will track applications, follow up on pending documentation, and ensure timely processing while maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, supporting mortgage marketing initiatives, and staying current with regulatory and market developments. The role requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client service.
