The role requires a minimum of 3 years in business development, a 16-year equivalent degree in a relevant field, and a results-driven approach.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field from HEC
• Minimum 3-years’ experience in business development role
• Age 40 maximum

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage industry, including lead generation and market research
• Develop and implement a business development strategy and sales plan to achieve company objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate agents, builders, financial institutions, and other referral sources
• Collaborate with the Credit underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan origination process
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to the company
• Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques prevalent in financial industry
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills
• Eager to expand business with new accounts/clients
