Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field from HEC.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage industry, including lead generation and market research.
• Develop and implement a business development strategy and sales plan to achieve company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate agents, builders, financial institutions, and other referral sources.
• Collaborate with the Credit underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan origination process.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to the company.
• Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
