Role Description

The Experienced Cold Caller will work full time on-site at the Getech.pk office in Lahore, engaging prospective clients and introducing the company’s digital and AI-powered services. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls to targeted business leads, qualifying prospects, pitching relevant solutions, and scheduling follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following structured call scripts while adapting to client needs, and consistently meeting or exceeding call and conversion targets. The Cold Caller will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback from the market, and support overall lead-generation campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong cold calling and outbound sales skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and engage decision-makers confidently.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive presentation skills, including clear and professional telephone etiquette.
• Experience using CRM tools and basic data entry skills to track leads, update contact information, and manage follow-up activities.
• Understanding of digital marketing and technology services (e.g., SEO, PPC, web and app development) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environments, preferably in B2B or technology-focused businesses.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong time management, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
