Getech.pk, an AI-powered digital growth partner, seeks an Experienced Cold Caller to work full-time on-site in Lahore. You will make outbound calls, qualify prospects, pitch digital and AI-powered services, and schedule demos for the sales team.

Ideal candidates have strong telemarketing skills, CRM experience, and a results-driven mindset, with comfort working in a fast-paced B2B environment. Lahore on-site role with collaboration across sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong cold calling and outbound sales skills with ability to engage decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Experience using CRM tools and data entry to track leads and follow-ups.
• Understanding of digital marketing services or willingness to learn quickly.
• Prior telemarketing/inside sales experience in B2B or tech settings.
• Results-oriented with solid time management and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage; high school diploma is minimum.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to targeted business leads and qualify prospects.
• Pitch Getech.pk’s digital and AI-powered services and schedule demos.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-up activities.
• Follow structured call scripts while adapting to client needs.
• Meet or exceed call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and support campaigns.
