Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive sales leadership in IT/ITeS/ICT/IoT.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
- Strong relationships with C-level buyers and procurement.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience building and scaling sales teams and processes.
- Ability to design GTM strategies and close complex enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed top-line revenue targets across regions.
- Design and execute multi-year GTM strategies for niche IT/ICT/IoT solutions.
- Close complex enterprise deals and MSAs while ensuring delivery.
- Mentor and expand a high-performing sales team.
- Represent the company at corporate summits and client negotiations.
