Job summary

Keka HR is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help fill executive roundtable dinners in the US, coordinating with Marketing and the Inside Sales pod to build a robust pipeline from mid-market and enterprise IT, IT services, SaaS and technology companies.

You will join the Marketing team, own target account lists, drive registrations, and work with Account Executives to convert registrations into AE meetings and qualified opportunities, while managing attendee logistics and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience with a cold-calling component.
• Proficient with HubSpot or Salesforce and prospecting tools.
• Track record of owning a full-cycle micro-funnel.
• Strong verbal communication for engaging CHROs/VP HR.
• Available to work US business hours and coordinate with distributed team.
• Organized with CRM hygiene and follow-up cadences.
• Experience with HR/People Ops IT decisionmakers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritise target account lists for each city and event.
• Drive registrations via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn for top 100 accounts per city.
• Confirm attendance, manage waitlist, and support check-in and replacements on event day.
• Capture attendee context (role, priorities and tech stack) for AEs.
• Follow up within 24 to 48 hours, book AE meetings and nurture contacts.
• Log activity and attendee status in HubSpot, report registrations, show rate and meetings-to-opportunities.
