Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or administrative role
• Excellent educational background is expected
• Fluent English communication skills and international exposure are required

Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board meetings and events
• Screen and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the CEO
• Prepare reports, presentations and documents with accuracy
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain trust
• Liaise between the CEO and stakeholders
• accompany the CEO to meetings or events as needed
• Organize personal tasks and appointments as required
• Assist in follow-up and execution of strategic tasks and action points
• Provide administrative and project support on special assignments
