Job summary

TRANSLATION EMPIRE is seeking an Employee Relations Officer to apply psychological principles to boost workplace productivity, morale, and wellbeing while aligning staff goals with organizational infrastructure. The role is office-based at DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi/Islamabad area.

The candidate will lead performance appraisal, coaching and career development, and create training packages to address work-based issues using IT-enabled assessment tools and a proactive, creative approach.
