Job summary

Translation Empire, a UK’s leading translation and interpretation company, is seeking a Data Entry Officer in Rawalpindi. You will input, update, and maintain data across databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

This on-site role runs 9am–5pm at Bahria Town Phase 7. Fresh graduates with a high school diploma are welcome; training in data entry is a plus. Strong typing, Excel proficiency, and keen attention to detail are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our systems. Your work will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our data records, ultimately contributing to the success of our organisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in our databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness.
• Organise and categorise data according to established guidelines.
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
• Assist in the generation of reports and summaries based on data entries.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Qualification

• Fresh Graduates
