Job summary

IKONIC in Islamabad is seeking a dynamic Employer Branding Intern to join our HR team. The role focuses on technical recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, employee engagement, employer branding, and creating social media content.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment activities, develop reels, photos and videos, plan events, and help showcase our workplace culture on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (reels, photos, videos) highlighting company culture.
• Develop content for LinkedIn and other social platforms to strengthen employer branding.
• Participate in employee engagement campaigns and events.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and draft recruitment-related documents.
• Gain exposure to onboarding, HR compliance, and workforce planning.

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Employer Branding Intern with a focus on technical recruitment to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to technical recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, employee engagement, employee branding, and social media content creation. You'll work closely with the HR team to support recruitment activities while also helping showcase our workplace culture through engaging content, reels, events, and employee-focused initiatives.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of HR, Recruitment, and Employer Branding.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Sourcing and Screening:
• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various online platforms, job boards, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Candidate Engagement:
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for technical roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruitment Support:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and job descriptions.
• Assist in preparing interview materials and coordinating interview panels.
• Employee Engagement & Employer Branding:
• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, events, and internal initiatives.
• Create engaging reels, photos, videos, and social media content highlighting company culture, employee activities, events, and workplace experiences.
• Support the HR team in developing creative content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms to strengthen employer branding.
• Participate in employee engagement campaigns, celebrations, team activities.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in drafting job postings and updating recruitment-related documents.
• Learning and Development:
• Gain exposure to various aspects of HR, including employee onboarding, HR compliance, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Strong interest in technical recruitment and understanding of basic technical skills and terminology.
