Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; fresh graduates or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
Strong interest in technical recruitment with basic understanding of technical terms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms, job boards, and networks.
Screen resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications and skills.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interview panels and prepare materials with hiring managers.
Help plan employee engagement activities and create employer branding content.
Maintain candidate data in the ATS and assist in drafting job postings.
