Job summary

IKONIC in Islamabad is seeking a dynamic Employer Branding Intern to join our HR team. The role focuses on technical recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, employee engagement, employer branding, and creating social media content.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment activities, develop reels, photos and videos, plan events, and help showcase our workplace culture on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in technical recruitment and basic tech terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good teamwork and coordination with HR and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Technical sourcing and screening of candidates through online platforms and job boards.
• Screen resumes to assess qualifications and experience.
• Conduct initial phone screenings for technical roles and coordinate interviews.
• Assist in preparing interview materials and coordinating panels.
• Create engaging content (reels, photos, videos) highlighting company culture.
• Develop content for LinkedIn and other social platforms to strengthen employer branding.
• Participate in employee engagement campaigns and events.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and draft recruitment-related documents.
• Gain exposure to onboarding, HR compliance, and workforce planning.
