Empirica is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Development to drive growth for our education venture in Karachi. You will locate schools, build relationships with owners and principals, run meetings, and close partnerships in a field-based role.

You will visit schools daily, present our programme, and manage end-to-end deal cycles, reporting directly to a co-founder. Urdu/English fluency and a track record of closing deals are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of B2B or institutional sales experience, ideally selling to schools.
• An existing network of school owners or principals in Karachi is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Urdu and good spoken and written English.
• A track record of closing deals, with numbers you can show us.
• Confident and comfortable in front of a school owner, with a professional presence.
• Resilient and persistent in follow-ups and reporting.

• Pipeline building: Find and qualify schools across Karachi through direct outreach, referrals, associations and events.
• School meetings and presentations: Meet owners and principals and present our programme clearly.
• Closing: Take schools from first meeting to signed partnership, handling objections and pricing discussions.
• Handover: Pass signed schools to the implementation team with context for smooth delivery.
• Relationship management: Stay in touch and secure renewals, referrals and testimonials.
• Pipeline discipline: Keep leads, meetings and deals updated in CRM.
