Job summary

ApplyBoard is seeking an Account Manager to support our education partners in Pakistan, driving enrollment growth and coordinating with internal teams. You will execute recruitment strategies, promote our platform, and lead partner outreach across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain CRM records, and conduct regular partner visits and regional trainings. Expect extensive travel (15-20 days/month) as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment in education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to help partners meet enrollment goals.
• Promote ApplyBoard to partners and train them on processes and programs.
• Lead outreach and business development to increase partner sign-ups and identify new opportunities.
• Manage partner engagements, visits, and regional webinars with internal teams.
