Edudex is seeking a Founding Sales & Business Development Executive in Lahore to own the complete sales process for education-consultancy partners. The role drives from initial outreach through to signed subscriptions, with uncapped commission and clear progression

The position is full-time in Lahore, offering PKR 100,000/month base salary plus performance-based incentives; successful candidates will manage a growing sales pipeline and help shape the go-to-market strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in education-consultancy or study-abroad sector.
• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from first call to close.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and approach education consultancies.
• Build relationships with agency owners and decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and present Edudex as a solution.
• Manage meetings, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Close monthly and annual subscriptions.
• Coordinate customer onboarding.
• Help build and train the future sales team.
