AuraCore Consulting seeks a proactive sales professional to expand a structured Genesis Program across Pakistan. You will meet with school principals and leadership teams to present the program, build strong school partnerships, and move conversations toward signed agreements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple leads.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday sales and business development work.
• Persistent and relationship-focused — someone who follows through.

Responsabilités

• Meet with school principals, academic coordinators and leadership teams to introduce the Genesis Program.
• Build, develop and manage relationships with schools.
• Represent Genesis in meetings, presentations, demonstrations and follow-ups.
• Understand each school's needs and communicate the value of the program effectively.
• Work closely with the academic team to convert interest into signed school partnerships.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure promising leads don’t go cold.
