Job summary

Gold-Stellar Advertising, a Lahore-based agency with a global footprint, is seeking a hands-on paid media specialist. You will own campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads for ecommerce and lead generation, with real budgets and revenue targets.

You will build the measurement framework (Pixel, Conversions API, GA4) and run structured testing, while briefing in-house content and ensuring clear client reporting. Immediate start is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Meta, TikTok and Google Ads personally.
• Extensive e-commerce experience with product catalogue, checkout funnel, and return rate.
• International client experience with USD, AED, GBP or EUR accounts.
• Fluency with pixels, Conversions API, server-side tracking and attribution.
• Proficient with GA4, Shopify or WooCommerce back-ends and spreadsheets.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads for e-commerce and lead generation.
• Own account performance end to end: budget pacing, ROAS, blended CAC, cost per lead and conversion rate.
• Build and maintain the measurement setup that makes those numbers trustworthy: Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, catalogue and feed health.
• Run structured testing on audiences, creative, offers and landing pages, and keep a record of what you learned.
• Brief our in-house content team on what to produce, and tell them why. The creative decides the result, so you are expected to have strong opinions about it.
• Manage shopping, catalogue and remarketing campaigns for e-commerce accounts.
• Report clearly to clients and internally, in plain numbers, including when results are bad.
