Job summary

Red Bull Pakistan (SMC-Private) Limited is seeking a Distributor Manager to drive growth with distributed partners in the Off Premise channel. Qualifications

5+ years in distributor and supplier roles in consumer goods.
Proven track record in team management and leadership.
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands-on knowledge of the local market geography.

Responsibilities

Coordinate regular meetings with distribution partner teams to communicate strategy and KPIs.
Assign targets to distribution partners and monitor progress.
Provide training and coaching to DP teams.
Conduct regular trade visits to unlock distribution opportunities.
Ensure DPs adhere to Red Bull execution and merchandising standards.
Develop annual business plans with DPs including distribution and KPI targets.
Maintain knowledge of Red Bull systems and generate insights from reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with the DP.
