National Foods Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in Pakistan to drive distributor and order booker performance across assigned territories. You will implement our sales strategy, set targets, and ensure coverage of all outlets while optimizing resources and costs.

The role requires market visits, trade marketing execution, and strong planning and forecasting abilities to achieve KPIs and revenue goals.

Formación

• Graduate degree required.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly unit/value targets for assigned territories.
• Prepare day-wise targets and assign to order bookers for outlet coverage.
• Prepare and share sales reports to analyze KPIs achievement.
• Manage order bookers and monitor their performance daily.
• Conduct market visits to ensure coverage and understand market dynamics.
• Ensure trade marketing activities align with Trade Marketing plans.
• Plan sales efforts and PJPs by territory and RTM.
• Develop relationships with distributors to optimize value and achieve plans.
• Manage budgets and forecast sales to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
