Garland Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Distribution & Business Development Manager to drive beverage distribution in Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, and Gujranwala. You will identify distributors, build relationships with wholesalers and retailers, and expand sales opportunities in assigned cities.

The role focuses on creating networks, evaluating distributor potential, and coordinating with sales teams for orders and deliveries. Strong negotiation and Urdu communication are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development.
• Ability to build and manage distributor networks.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Urdu and English communications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and appoint distributors and sub-distributors in assigned cities.
• Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and shopkeepers.
• Explore new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Evaluate distributor potential, capacity, and reach.
• Coordinate with sales team and call center for orders and deliveries.
• Monitor stock, repeat orders, payments, and distributor performance.
• Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare monthly distribution and sales growth plans.
