PTCL in Pakistan seeks a strategic leader to govern Fixed Broadband services across Core Base, Monetization, and Portfolio Management. You will drive revenue optimization, migration strategies, and customer experience, coordinating with Customer Operations, Technology, Digital, Regulatory, and regional teams to achieve commercial objectives and sustainable growth.

You will shape long-term portfolio strategies including 5G FWA readiness, convergence roadmaps, and partner bundles, while advancing

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

Provide strategic leadership and governance across Core Base, Monetization and Portfolio Management for Fixed Broadband services.
Drive revenue optimization, portfolio performance, migration strategies and customer experience.
Oversee customer base management and monetization initiatives across DSL, Flash Fiber, and FWA portfolios.
Align with Customer Operations, Technology, Digital, Regulatory and regional teams to achieve commercial objectives.
Develop long-term portfolio strategies including 5G FWA readiness, convergence roadmaps and partner bundles.
