Job summary

PTCL in Pakistan seeks an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic accounts across Connectivity, Telecom, Digital, ICT and Mobility. You will identify opportunities, manage contracts, forecast revenue, and coach a team to deliver exceptional service while strengthening partnerships and maximizing profitability.

The role requires 10–15 years in Telecom/ICT sales, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and a proven track record of meeting targets and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to drive sales across connectivity, telecom, digital and mobility.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Oversee contract management, revenue forecasting, churn management, and profitability analysis.
• Present insights to senior management and align market trends with strategy.
• Ensure strong team engagement and develop capabilities to support growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and drive customer satisfaction.
