Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning & Design Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives across the organization. You will drive instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and educational tools to enhance employee learning and engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
• Experience leading digital transformation in learning and development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Develop and implement the organization's digital learning strategy.
• Digital Learning Development: Design and create engaging e-learning content and modules.
• Technology & Platform Management: Manage digital learning platforms and reporting.
• Training & Support: Design and conduct programs for internal teams on digital tools.
• Assessment & Improvement: Define KPIs and optimize content based on learner feedback.
