Job summary

Hakeem Fintech Limited is expanding into MSME financing and seeks a Business Analyst & Product Lead to design and launch a profitable MSME financing product from scratch, including unit economics and risk rules to enable a scalable go-live.

You will work cross-functionally with Tech, Ops, Risk and Finance to build processes for loan origination, disbursement, collections, and regulatory safeguards, ensuring go-live readiness and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in fintech product design, lending, or MSME finance.
• Hands-on end-to-end product development from concept to go-live.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, credit risk, and collections flow.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Tech, Ops, Risk, Finance.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end MSME financing product and define underwriting rules.
• Define unit economics and contribution margin targets.
• Collaborate with Sharia, Tech and Ops to build origination, disbursement, and collections flows.
• Embed credit and regulatory safeguards with Risk & Compliance.
• Conduct market research on MSME needs, competitors and viable segments.
• Build dashboard and metrics framework for P&L, disbursements, and defaults.
• Ensure go-live readiness including pilot testing and partner integration.
