Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a product manager to own the end-to-end digital onboarding and sales funnel, from traffic capture to activation, across digital and physical channels in Karachi.

You will translate customer needs into clear product requirements and work closely with Product, Technology, UX, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Risk to drive measurable improvements in funnel performance. A data-driven, Agile mindset and strong stakeholder influence are essential to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in digital onboarding and conversion optimization across funnels
• Data-driven with use of analytics, insights and experiments to improve performance
• Strong UX understanding to simplify journeys and reduce friction
• Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Technology, UX, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Risk & Compliance
• Agile product delivery including roadmap prioritization and backlog management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital onboarding and sales funnel from traffic to activation
• Identify drop-offs and friction points using data and customer insights
• Define product requirements and measurable outcomes for onboarding initiatives
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, UX, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver seamless journeys
• Develop and deploy onboarding capabilities and tools to improve conversion and activation
