Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a Digital Supply Chain (DSC) Officer to support onboarding anchor businesses and manage end-to-end digital banking solutions within the supply chain ecosystem.

You will map value chains, identify banking opportunities, and coordinate with product, digital, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery. A background in transaction banking and relationship management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Marketing or related field; MBA adds advantage.
• 2–4 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance or related banking sectors.
• Experience in business development, customer acquisition, digital payments, or relationship management.
• Understanding of banking products, digital financial solutions, customer onboarding, and business development processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire anchor corporates and ecosystem partners.
• Map value chains and identify banking opportunities.
• Implement Digital Supply Chain propositions covering accounts, payments, and working capital.
• Onboard ecosystem participants onto Mobilink Bank’s digital channels.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across Banking products.
• Coordinate with Product, Digital, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Maintain the business pipeline and support targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance and deepen customer relationships.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Engage ecosystem participants and resolve service issues.
