Job summary

Mobilink Bank is seeking an Associate Corporate Partnerships to support end-to-end nano-lending operations, performance monitoring and regulatory compliance. The role coordinates with internal teams and external partners to resolve product and customer issues, track audit actions and maintain process documentation in line with SBP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/admin/finance/economics/CS/IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital financial services or microfinance product operations.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer/product issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day product operations across eligibility, credit evaluation, disbursement, repayment, collections and customer support.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Document requirements and follow up with stakeholders on enhancements.
• Support maintenance and review of product design, SOPs and customer journeys.
• Track issues and escalation timelines; escalate delays and risks as needed.
• Coordinate investigations and resolutions of escalated customer issues within set timelines.
• Prepare updates and action trackers for governance and reporting.
• Support audit responses and regulatory observations with evidence collection and tracking.
• Document system requirements for validations and risk controls; assist with testing and implementation.
