Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a Digital Supply Chain (DSC) Officer to support onboarding anchor businesses and manage end-to-end digital banking solutions within the supply chain ecosystem.

You will map value chains, identify banking opportunities, and coordinate with product, digital, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery. A background in transaction banking and relationship management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Marketing or related field; MBA adds advantage.
• 2–4 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance or related banking sectors.
• Experience in business development, customer acquisition, digital payments, or relationship management.
• Understanding of banking products, digital financial solutions, customer onboarding, and business development processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with commercial awareness.

• What is Digital Supply Chain (DSC) Officer - MMBL?
  • To support the acquisition, development, and management of Digital Supply Chain ecosystems by assisting in onboarding anchor businesses, distributors, dealers, retailers, merchants, and other value-chain participants onto Mobilink Bank’s banking and digital platforms. • What Digital Supply Chain (DSC) Officer - MMBL does?
  • Support the identification and acquisition of anchor corporates, large businesses, distributors, dealers, merchants, retailers, and other ecosystem partners within assigned markets.
  • Assist in mapping business value chains and identifying banking opportunities across suppliers, distributors, retailers, merchants, and other value-chain participants.
  • Support the implementation of Digital Supply Chain propositions covering accounts, collections, payments, digital transactions, working-capital requirements, and relevant financing solutions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of ecosystem participants onto Mobilink Bank’s digital channels and platforms, including corporate banking and digital payment solutions.
  • Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities across Business Banking products, including lending, payroll, merchant acquiring, insurance, and other relevant financial solutions.
  • Coordinate with Product, Digital, Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to support smooth implementation and servicing of acquired relationships.
  • Maintain and regularly update the business pipeline and support the achievement of assigned acquisition, deposit, transaction, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, transaction activity, and utilization of banking solutions, and support initiatives to deepen customer relationships and engagement.
  • Conduct market mapping and support competitor analysis to identify potential supply-chain ecosystems, prospective customers, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular engagement with ecosystem participants and provide timely support in resolving operational and service-related issues.
• What are we looking for and what does it require to be Digital Supply Chain (DSC) Officer - MMBL?
  • Required Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline. MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance, Digital Banking, Business Banking, Corporate Banking, SME Banking, or related financial services.
  • Candidates with on-ground experience in business development, customer acquisition, digital payments, transaction banking, or relationship management within commercial banks, microfinance banks, fintechs, or other financial institutions will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, digital financial solutions, customer onboarding, and business development processes.
