Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) seeks an Assistant Product Manager for Digital Banking to design, enhance, and manage digital features across mobile app, internet banking, and internal channels.

You will translate business needs into PRDs, work with engineering in agile ceremonies, maintain product backlogs, and ensure compliant, secure deployments while coordinating with risk, operations, and UX teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in product management, digital banking, fintech, or technology-enabled roles.
• Exposure to mobile apps, internet banking, APIs, or core banking systems is preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned digital banking products end-to-end and contribute to the roadmap.
• Define product objectives, success metrics, and release plans.
• Gather requirements, translate into PRDs and user stories, and create functional flows.
• Work with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive customer experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely delivery and maintain backlogs.
• Support UAT, pilots, and production releases.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Information Security.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements to customer experience and efficiency.
