Job summary

Right Media - Shopify Partner Agency seeks a Digital Performance Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns from Karachi. You will optimize paid social, search, and e-commerce initiatives, monitor metrics, and adjust budgets and bidding strategies. Collaboration with account managers and creative teams is essential to meet client ROI targets.

You will forecast performance, train junior staff, and help improve digital processes in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
Clear communication to collaborate with internal teams and present insights.
Performance management to oversee campaign execution and KPI delivery.
Training and mentoring to support junior team members.
Budgeting to manage media spend and forecast costs.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and e-commerce performance.
Proficiency with Google Analytics and data visualization for reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in performance marketing or digital agency in ecommerce/retail is beneficial.
