Job summary

Salesnest - DotcomMax in Islamabad seeks a Shopify Growth & Ads Manager to support direct-to-consumer brands. This on-site role focuses on managing Shopify stores, optimizing customer journeys, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok.

You will drive ROAS improvements, set up robust testing, and translate insights into stronger ads and better checkout experiences. 2+ years of hands-on Shopify and paid social experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and paid social campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, pixels, events, audiences, retargeting, and budget optimization.
• Practical experience with TikTok Ads, creative testing, campaign scaling, and performance analysis.
• Ability to interpret ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, revenue, and funnel metrics.
• Knowledge of Shopify analytics, conversion-rate optimization, merchandising, product pages, and checkout journeys.
• Competence in testing ad creatives, hooks, copy, offers, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Strong spreadsheet, reporting, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify store operations, merchandising, product presentation, landing pages, and conversion-rate improvement initiatives.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for acquisition and retargeting.
• Manage TikTok advertising, including audience setup, creative testing, budget allocation, and scaling winning campaigns.
• Track ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, revenue, and other performance indicators to guide decisions.
• Coordinate creative testing and translate campaign insights into stronger ads, offers, and customer experiences.
• Prepare performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Maintain testing, measurement, and optimization processes across stores and advertising accounts.
