Job summary

WPP Media Pakistan is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Leader to shape and drive digital strategy across the funnel, from awareness to conversion, for leading brands. You will oversee performance and e-commerce initiatives, leverage data analytics, manage client relationships, and mentor a high-performing team in a hybrid work environment with four days in the office.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BBA or MBA from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media/marketing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies spanning the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
• Performance & E-commerce Optimization: Drive performance marketing initiatives and optimize e-commerce platforms to maximize sales and ROI.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Martech Expertise: Proficient in utilizing various marketing technologies to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in digital marketing best practices.
