Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in e‑commerce management, preferably in fashion/retail.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e‑commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the e-commerce website.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
• Lead and manage the e-commerce team to achieve business goals.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Monitor website performance, customer experience, and conversion rates.
• Analyze sales and website performance using analytics tools.
