You will create engaging content, design visuals, edit videos, and promote upcoming events, while maintaining a consistent brand across platforms.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, strong knowledge of major platforms, and proficiency in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, and Premiere Pro.

Job description:

The Companyis looking for a creative and proactive Digital Media Handler to manage and grow its social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content creation, graphic design, social media management, and event- related digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, maintaining our social media pages, promoting upcoming events, and showcasing our projects and event highlights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms on a daily basis.

2. Create and design engaging social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
3. Develop creative content ideas for exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, and other projects.

4. Plan and execute a daily/weekly social media content calendar.

5. Write engaging captions and promotional content for social media.

6. Create promotional campaigns for upcoming events, including:

   • Event announcement posts

   • Countdown posts and stories

   • Teaser videos

   • Event promotional reels

   • Behind-the-scenes content

   • Event highlights

   • Post-event recap videos

7. Cover events through photos, videos, stories, and reels where required.

8. Edit short-form videos and create engaging event highlight reels.

9. Develop creative ideas to increase engagement, reach, followers, and overall page growth.

10. Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas and formats.

11. Maintain consistent branding across all social media platforms.

12. Analyze social media performance and provide ideas for improvement.

13. Collaborate with the event and marketing team to understand upcoming projects and create relevant content.

14. Keep the company's social media pages active, professional, and visually appealing.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.

• Basic to strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

• Good content writing and caption-writing skills. V. Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Ability to create professional and attractive event-related content.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work under deadlines, especially during events.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
