A leading digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation through paid advertising, local SEO, websites, and lead analytics for hundreds of recurring clients.

Job Overview

The Creative Marketing Manager will own the internal marketing function end-to-end, focusing exclusively on marketing and growing the company's brand.

This role involves translating company growth objectives into actionable marketing strategies, developing campaigns, coordinating execution across Content, Creative, Paid Media, SEO, Web, Sales, and Automation teams, and ensuring ideas move from planning to execution.

The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking, strategic planning, and commercial understanding to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve market positioning, and support revenue growth through online and offline marketing initiatives.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, B2B services, SaaS, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • 2–3+ years of experience owning or managing marketing strategy and execution.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong creative thinking and visual judgment, with the ability to conceptualize campaigns and identify impactful marketing content.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional/offline marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to take campaigns independently from ideation and planning through execution and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, content, paid media, SEO, websites, email marketing, social media, events, and brand positioning.
  • Experience managing marketing calendars, budgets, campaigns, vendors, and cross-functional resources.
  • Commercial understanding with the ability to connect marketing activities to leads, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, particularly in competitor analysis, market research, pricing, positioning, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and copywriting judgment.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI and modern marketing technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Ownership
  • Own the overall marketing strategy and execution plan for the company.
  • Build quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain the master marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, content, events, launches, promotions, and initiatives are planned and executed on time.
  • Convert leadership ideas and business objectives into practical campaigns with clear objectives, owners, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, market positioning, lead generation, and sales pipeline.
2. Lead Generation & Channel Development
  • Evaluate and develop marketing channels capable of generating qualified opportunities.
  • Plan initiatives across SEO, paid search, paid social, organic social, email marketing, outbound support, partnerships, referral programs, webinars, podcasts, directories, communities, sponsorships, and events.
  • Coordinate with Paid Media, SEO, Content, Web, and Automation teams to execute campaigns without personally performing every technical task.
  • Continuously test new channels, campaigns, audiences, offers, and messaging.
  • Track performance across traffic, inquiries, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), opportunities, and revenue.
3. Brand, Content & Market Positioning
  • Develop original campaign concepts, themes, messaging angles, and creative directions for the Creative and Content teams.
  • Own the company's brand presentation across its website, social media, marketing collateral, events, presentations, case studies, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Create campaign concepts and provide clear briefs to Content and Creative teams.
  • Ensure messaging clearly communicates the company's positioning, capabilities, differentiation, and value proposition.
  • Identify opportunities for case studies, thought leadership, industry insights, awards, partnerships, PR, podcasts, and executive visibility.
  • Recommend improvements to the website, landing pages, service pages, portfolio, social presence, and conversion journey.
4. Market, Competitor & Pricing Intelligence
  • Analyze competitors' positioning, services, pricing, offers, messaging, marketing channels, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate with leadership on service positioning, package structure, pricing research, competitive differentiation, and new service launches.
  • Translate research into practical recommendations and actionable strategies.
5. Events, Conferences & Offline Marketing
  • Research and recommend relevant industry conferences, exhibitions, networking events, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities.
  • Own marketing preparation before, during, and after company events.
  • Coordinate booths, collateral, presentations, promotional materials, lead-capture mechanisms, event campaigns, and follow-up strategies.
  • Evaluate event performance based on business opportunities and revenue generated rather than participation alone.
6. Cross-Functional Execution
  • Act as the central marketing owner, coordinating Creative, Content, SEO, Paid Media, Web, Automation, and Sales teams.
  • Create clear briefs and ensure each department understands objectives, deliverables, deadlines, and expected outcomes.
  • Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to designers, content writers, video editors, and other creative resources.

  • Owner mentality, with the ability to identify and execute marketing initiatives independently.
  • Strong balance of creativity, execution, and commercial thinking.
  • Curiosity about competitors, markets, trends, technology, and new growth opportunities.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable coordinating specialists without needing to be the technical expert in every channel.
