M2 Creative Studios is seeking a versatile Social Media and Operations professional to support its media production work in Lahore. This role combines day-to-day social channel coordination with practical operational support, helping the team keep content organized, production activities on track, and communications consistent.
Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain social media calendars, coordinate post scheduling, and support timely publication across relevant platforms.
- Draft and refine captions and other short-form copy in line with project briefs and the studio’s brand voice.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to routine interactions, and flag sensitive or complex queries to the appropriate team member.
- Track basic channel performance and prepare concise updates with useful observations for future content planning.
- Coordinate content assets, approvals, deadlines, and handoffs between creative and production colleagues.
- Provide operational assistance with records, schedules, meeting notes, and other workflow tasks as projects require.
- Help maintain organized digital files and ensure key project information is accurate and accessible.
The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing creative coordination with administrative follow-through in a deadline-driven studio environment. This is an on-site role based in Lahore and works closely with the creative and operations teams.
Job Specification
- Practical familiarity with major social media platforms and their publishing tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for clear, audience-appropriate social content.
