Job Description:

The Social Media Marketer will play a key role in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should be familiar with social media management, content creation, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), and have a passion for trending content, SEO, and audience engagement.

About the role:

Develop original content ideas for social media campaigns (graphics, short videos, stories, reels).

Create and edit visual & video content using Adobe Premiere PRO, Canva, Adobe tools, and CapCut for mobile/short-form edits.

Use trending formats: hooks, transitions, viral ideas, engaging storytelling for social platforms.

Write captions, apply SEO keywords, hashtags and optimize content for reach and visibility.

Publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter) and monitor basic engagement metrics.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools and formats; bring fresh ideas to the table.

Collaborate with the team for brand consistency, but execute your own content independently.

Review simple performance data (engagement, reach) and suggest minor adjustments for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, Communications or related (fresh graduates with strong creative work/portfolio are welcome).

Proficiency in Canva and one or more Adobe editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred).

At least 6 months-1 year of experience in social media content creation or marketing (basic to medium level).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, content types, hooks/transitions and emerging trends.

Good knowledge of SEO keyword usage, hashtags and optimizing for visibility and engagement.

Excellent creative mindset, ability to ideate and execute independently.

Solid communication skills, teamwork and ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.
