Job summary

Wadic is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to lead our online presence from Lahore. You will develop strategy across platforms, produce engaging content, and analyze performance to drive growth.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver compelling campaigns and stay ahead of trends in a fast-paced environment. You should bring a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing and proven experience with social media tools, video content, and paid campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Social Media Executive/Manager or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Strong creative, writing, and graphic design skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategy across platforms (FB, IG, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create, curate and publish high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos).
• Monitor, analyze and report on social media metrics to drive growth.
• Produce high-quality video content aligned with brand identity.
• Engage with followers and foster a positive community.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
• Develop new SM channels for diverse occasions (e.g. 14 Aug, Ramadan, Eid).
• Collaborate with content writers and designers to enhance campaigns.
• Oversee financial and cost approvals for content campaigns.
• Run paid advertising campaigns to grow online presence.

Wadic is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our team and help elevate our online presence across various platforms. If you’re passionate about social media, content creation, and engaging with online communities, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• This role involves producing high-quality video content for our social media channels, ensuring that the videos are engaging, visually appealing, and align with our brand identity. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to bring innovative ideas to life, helping to build a strong online presence and grow our social media following.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• To bring in new ideas for brand awareness, developing new SM channels, bring in new ideas based on different occasions e.g. 14 August, Ramadan, Eid etc.
• Work with social media content writers, graphic designers, and other team members to enhance the overall impact of social media campaigns.
• To work on financial and cost approvals for multiple content creation campaigns
• Run paid advertising campaigns and promotions to grow our online presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or any other relevant field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong creative, writing, and graphic design skills.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to adjust strategies and improve performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content creation (photos, videos, blogs).
• Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and its application to social media.
