Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a Desktop Support or IT Support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and IT support best practices.
• Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Office 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 desktop support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Manage users, devices, and access in Azure Active Directory to support Office 365 and standard enterprise applications.
• Handle support tickets, document issues and resolutions, and escalate complex problems when required.
• Ensure timely and effective user support during assigned shifts.
