Contour Software is seeking a hands-on IT Support Administrator to join a fast-paced global team. You will manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, configure security controls, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding with HR across multiple offices.

The role covers Windows/macOS support, VPN, printers, and basic networking while ensuring policy compliance. Ideal candidates bring 365 administration, Azure AD/Entra ID expertise, and experience with ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and Office apps.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Google Workspace is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow/Jira/Freshservice.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support via ticketing, email, and walk-ins.
• Manage user accounts and access in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Configure MFA and conditional access.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with HR.
• Maintain IT documentation and SOPs.
• Support Windows/Mac OS, VPN, printers, and basic networking.
• Assist in IT audits.
