Job summary

Pintern is expanding its team with a Technical / Sr. Technical Support Engineer (L2 & L3) for an on-site night shift in Lahore, Pakistan.

You will serve as the primary contact for U.S.-based customers and manage Microsoft Server, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, VMware/Hyper-V, and security incidents. The role requires strong English communication, 6–8+ years in IT infrastructure/MSP support, and experience handling production incidents while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Act as the primary contact for U.S.-based customers.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication is mandatory.
• 6–8+ years in IT Infrastructure/MSP Support.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise environments.
• Experience handling critical production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues as the final escalation point.
• Manage Microsoft Server, Azure & Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Troubleshoot enterprise networking, firewalls, VPNs & security incidents.
• Perform PowerShell scripting, automation & RCA.
• Lead disaster recovery, backup validation & infrastructure improvements.
• Develop technical documentation and mentor L1/L2 engineers.
• Support project implementations, client onboarding & major incident response.
