Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence recruits an Application Associate to bridge product and client needs in Islamabad. You’ll become a product expert for SNL Feeds, investigate issues, and drive permanent fixes.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and Data Operations to ensure accurate, reliable, and usable data for clients, while growing your technical and consulting skills. You will be part of a high-energy team focused on innovation and continuous learning, with opportunities for mentoring

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert on SNL Feeds: structure, delivery, and usage by clients.
• Investigate data and product issues; identify root causes and drive permanent fixes.
• Identify patterns from client feedback and translate into product insights and improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape enhancements and prioritise fixes.
• Work with Data Operations to improve data accuracy, reliability, and usability.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and client-facing communication of changes.
