Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in product support, application support, data operations, or a client-facing technical role.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or feed-based delivery systems is a plus.
• Understanding of financial data or capital markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert on SNL Feeds: how they're structured, delivered, and used by clients.
• Investigate data and product issues to find root causes, and drive permanent fixes rather than one-off workarounds.
• Spot patterns across client conversations, surveys, case reviews, and feedback, and turn them into clear product insights and improvement ideas.
• Partner with Product Managers and team leads to shape enhancements, prioritize fixes, and bring the client's perspective into product decisions.
• Work with Data Operations to improve the accuracy, reliability, and usability of the data clients receive.
• Keep documentation, data sources, and workflows accurate and current as the product changes.
• Review product changes and releases from the client's point of view, so clients get clear communication and a smooth transition.
• Grow your technical and consulting skills through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on work.
